The McNinch Restaurant Group is dedicated to creating the change they have always wanted to see within the restaurant industry. Staffing has always been one of the biggest issues in the industry, and that’s because to many, restaurant work is a transitional job. We want to make this look more appealing as a career, and not just a stepping stone to the next destination. The McNinch Restaurant Group plans to offer both profit-sharing and insurance programs as the company grows, as well as training programs that teach younger workers the inner workings of the restaurant industry, and then places them at jobs with restaurants around the berkshires that we hope to partner with. We have always strived to make our workers feel like family, and we hope that by offering these programs, we can continue that transition into our new endeavors!
